We are a young startup, and our products are not yet available for immediate purchase.

This form is a way for you to tell us what you are looking for — a unique set of loudspeakers designed and finished to your personal taste. Every pair is customizable in nearly every way: they can be wrapped in leather, gilded with gold leaf, or painted by an artist.

The enclosures can become a true canvas for personal expression — finished in hypershift colors, deep gloss automotive paint, or natural wood veneer.

What am I consenting to?

Controller: Borko Audio (contact: info@borkoaudio.com).

Purpose: To review and respond to your inquiry, provide product information and—if requested—prepare a quotation and follow-up communications.

Legal basis: Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where relevant, steps prior to entering a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Retention: We keep your message and contact details for up to 24 months after the last interaction, or until you withdraw consent—whichever comes first.

Recipients/processing: Your data is processed by BORKO AUDIO within the EU/EEA. We do not sell your data. If we use trusted service providers (e.g., secure email/hosting), they process data under our instructions and data processing agreements.

Transfers: No international transfers outside the EU/EEA are intended. If a transfer becomes necessary, we will implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) and inform you where required.

Your rights: You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
